2. Domestic Shipping (India)
At BreathFix, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Shipping Time:
• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: Available in select cities, usually within 1–2 business days
Weekend Deliveries: Deliveries may not occur on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location. Final charges are shown at checkout.
Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. International Shipping
Currently, BreathFix only ships within India. International shipping is not available.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines begin after your order is shipped. All delivery estimates are approximate and subject to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or logistical delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
We care about your satisfaction, but due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy:
• Opened/Used Products: No returns or refunds
• Unopened Products: Eligible for return/refund within 7 days of delivery
• Return Charges: A deduction of ₹50–₹100 (based on your location) will apply to your refund
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval
6. Order Cancellations
We do not offer standard order cancellations. If you wish to request cancellation (especially for bulk or special orders), you must email us at support@breathfix.in immediately. Cancellation is subject to internal review and approval, and may not be granted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
