Nasal Strips & Magnetic Nasal Dilators
These products help with snoring caused by nasal issues (e.g., congestion, deviated septum, allergies). They are not effective for snoring because they are caused by sleep apnea or other non-nasal factors.

Mouth Tape
It promotes nasal breathing by encouraging users to keep their mouths closed. Helps reduce snoring linked to mouth breathing.
Pro Tip: Ideal for recovery or cardio sessions to improve oxygen intake.
Do not use BreathFix products if you:
• Have obstructive sleep apnea
• Have difficulty breathing through your nose
• Have a nasal infection, cold, or flu
• Experience chest pain, nausea, or dizziness
• Have damaged or irritated skin near the nose/mouth
• Have a BMI over 35
• Are under the influence of alcohol or sedatives
• Are allergic or sensitive to adhesives
• Have severely chapped lips (applies to mouth tape)
Consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort or breathing issues.
